These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services Esteemed Agency (“we”, “us”) provides. By using the website or our services, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide marketing services for local businesses, which may include building and hosting a website, optimizing your Google Business Profile, ongoing search work, lead alerts, review links, and basic social media upkeep. The exact services for your business are agreed on before we start.

Fees and payment

• Our standard plan is $500 per month, with no setup fee.
• Fees are billed [monthly in advance] by [payment method].
• If a payment fails, we may pause services until it is resolved.
• We will give you at least [30] days’ notice before changing your price.
• Extra work outside the plan, such as ads or social media beyond the basics, is quoted separately and only done with your approval.

No long-term contract

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect [at the end of your current billing month]. We do not give refunds for partial months.

If you cancel

Your website and its content are yours. We will hand over a copy of the site files and transfer your domain to you within [14] days.

Your Google Business Profile, domain name, and any accounts in your name stay yours too.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business.
• Only send us photos, logos and text you have the right to use.
• Give us the access we need, such as to your Google Business Profile.
• Follow the law when contacting your customers, including getting consent before sending them text messages.

Results

We do the work carefully and consistently, but search engines and AI tools decide their own results. We cannot guarantee any specific ranking, number of leads, or amount of revenue.

Third-party services

Our services rely on tools run by other companies, such as Google, Cal.com and our hosting and messaging providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions.

Ownership

You own the content you give us. We own our own tools, templates and methods, and may reuse general know-how from our work. [We may mention you as a client or show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.]

Confidentiality

We keep your business information private and use it only to provide our services, except where the law requires us to disclose it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.
